Many opportunities will surface at our door steps promising the stars moon and the sky. Question is how many of them really have what's required to withstand the test of time and to fulfill their promises to you. What is really questionable is the source of all these promises. Many of the so call representatives are driven by big bonuses paid to them initially because of the status they have in their existing organization. It is sad to see that many of them would rather take the easy route and accept the upfront bonuses instead of looking at the long term aspects of what resonates most with their heart. Here is where I see two flaws. One they recruit and guide individuals to fulfill their own agenda. And two It does not resonate with their heart, otherwise they would do it without accepting the bonuses. That leaves you to be weary because the next person to provide them with a bigger bonus, they will move on and leave you ship wrecked.
If you are an entrepreneur who is serious about building your business it is to your benefit to avoid these individuals like the plague. Think first about the time you've already invested. It is paramount that you become the captain of your ship and establish your own agenda. As Napoleon Hill said " ,at birth you were given two envelopes, one labeled riches and the other labeled consequences." Should you neglect to control the thoughts and direction of your own mind you will suffer the consequences.
Understand that it is up to you to determined your destiny in life. Determine what it is that you want with conviction and that if it's to materialize it will depend entirely on the decisions you make, how well it resonates with your heart, your ability to stick / stay long enough to see your harvest and reap the fruits of your labor. Allow me to share with you what I learned from my mentor Earl Nightingale. He said a ship leaving port embarked on its destination, 999.9 times out of a thousand it will arrive. Why? Because the captain has charted it's course. This is what you too must do. Put your goals on paper and commit to where you're going, determine what vehicle (OPPORTUNITY) you plan on using to get there and when you plan on arriving. Keep in mind however; tough time will surface! Question is how well does your cards stack up when the chips are down? Do you confide in like minded individuals who has been where you're going? Or do you sit around moaning, groaning and complaining to negative people. Remember every successful person you encounter have a testimony. You will be tested every step of the way. If you are successful the world will hear about it. If you're not, chances are it's because you have settled with mediocrity, turned around in failure and have joined the ranks of those who are comfortable with their current circumstances. No Test! No Testimony.
